Why can’t I launch a scan?
Section titled “Why can’t I launch a scan?”Most launch blocks come from one of these:
- Needs plan badge on the project — assign a Starter, Growth, or Teams slot from the project card.
- Plan spent — the assigned slot has been consumed. Assign another or buy more.
- Scheduled — the current time is outside the project’s working-hours window. Wait, or change the window.
- Awaiting credit confirmation — top up purchased credits in Settings → Billing.

What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?
Section titled “What’s the difference between Starter and Growth?”Starter is $99 per slot, four of the five scan agents, basic report only, and anytime scheduling. Growth is $199, all five agents, full reports, custom working hours, and supporting documents at launch. Full matrix in Plans.
Can I scan more than one URL in a single project?
Section titled “Can I scan more than one URL in a single project?”No — one URL per project. To assess a second site or endpoint, create another project.
How do I scan a site that uses 2FA or SSO?
Section titled “How do I scan a site that uses 2FA or SSO?”Use a cookie credential. Sign in to your test account in your browser (complete 2FA / SSO), capture the session cookie via DevTools, and paste it into the wizard’s Credentials step. Step-by-step in Credentials → Cookie.
Can I run a scan overnight?
Section titled “Can I run a scan overnight?”Yes — set the project’s working hours to Scan anytime. Custom overnight windows (e.g., 22:00–06:00) are not supported because end time must be after start time, but anytime removes the restriction entirely. Custom working-hours scheduling itself requires Growth or above.
What’s the difference between the Issues tab and the Findings page?
Section titled “What’s the difference between the Issues tab and the Findings page?”Same data, different scope:
- The project’s Issues tab is the findings for that one project.
- The cross-project Findings page (sidebar entry) is every finding across every project, useful when you want to triage by severity rather than by project.
How do I export the report as PDF?
Section titled “How do I export the report as PDF?”From the project’s Overview tab, the Latest report card has a Download PDF button. The export modal offers four variants: Full Report, Findings Only, Remediation Plan, Coverage. Full export needs Growth or above. See Export and reports.
How do I add teammates?
Section titled “How do I add teammates?”Settings → Users → Add user. The page is available on Growth and above. See Settings → Users.
What does “Awaiting credit confirmation” mean?
Section titled “What does “Awaiting credit confirmation” mean?”The scan estimated it needs more credits than your balance covers. Top up purchased credits (Settings → Billing) and the scan will resume automatically. See Credits.
My approval expired before I could decide. What happened?
Section titled “My approval expired before I could decide. What happened?”The action is skipped and the scan continues. You lose coverage on that one specific check. If approvals expire often, switch to Boss mode for actions you trust, or add the noisy endpoints to Out-of-scope URL patterns. See Approvals.
Can I unassign a plan after I’ve assigned it?
Section titled “Can I unassign a plan after I’ve assigned it?”Only while the slot is still assigned — once a scan launches and the slot becomes consumed, it cannot be returned to inventory. Use the Unassign current plan button in the plan picker.
How do I change my organization name or billing email?
Section titled “How do I change my organization name or billing email?”Organization-level fields are editable by an organization admin. Plan-feature constraints apply (some controls require Growth or Teams).
